What is the difference between a full mitt and a mini mitt?
Compare the shape and stated dimensions. Full oven mitts in the collection include 13-inch and 17-inch lengths; mini mitts have a more compact form.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping applies to orders of $50.99 or more. Orders below $50.99 cost $8.59 to ship.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday. Transit is 15-30 calendar days. Tracking details are sent by email.
When does the return window begin?
The 40-day return and exchange window starts on the date you receive the goods.
Who pays return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. For product defects or quality issues, the merchant pays return shipping. Email first for instructions.
How are refunds handled?
We arrange a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving your return. Payment-provider posting times can vary.
Can I change my delivery address?
